An explosion in a double decker bus in London’s Kingston area rocked the capital on Friday.

A London bus carrying 350 litres of fuel burst into flames with passengers still on board as it drove through a town centre this morning, local media reported.

Smoke started streaming from the double-decker 371 bus as it pulled into a stop in Kingston, south west London at around 9am this morning. Moments later the rear of the vehicle was engulfed in flames.
